After-hours service calls

For service calls outside of regular business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm EST), tenants should contact us at 613.239.4723. These include:

- Non-life threatening security issues.
- No heat during the winter.
- No hot water.
- Plumbing leaks that may damage the building or personal property.

For gas leaks and emergency police, fire, and ambulance services: call 911.
